The ZO-ON two-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in its outdoor wear garments. If the clothing does not meet standards due to manufacturing defects during the warranty period, ZO-ON will repair the product at no charge, or replace it with a new garment, based on our evaluation. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, laundering, normal wear or the natural breakdown of colors and materials.
Damage not covered by the warranty may be repaired for a reasonable charge. In order to determine warranty coverage, the garment must be returned to ZO-ON, Nýbýlavegur 18, 200 Kópavogur, Iceland, along with the original receipt. Garments must be clean when returned. Unclean garments will be returned to the sender without being evaluated.
This warranty provides the buyer with specific legal rights. However, it does not affect any other statutory rights of the consumer.
All clothing manufactured under the ZO-ON label is held to stringent standards. But regardless of how well a garment is cared for, it will eventually begin to display wear and age. The ZO-ON warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, only defects in materials and workmanship.
If your garment is defective, our first option will be to repair it. If not repairable, we will replace it, or refund it if replacement is not feasible.
ZO-ON pays shipping charges if defective clothing is under warranty.
If the clothing is not under warranty, or is not defective, ZO-ON will repair it for a reasonable charge at the customer’s request. In such cases, the sender pays shipping charges.
